Digital Delivery
All EsimBli products are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping involved. Your eSIM will be delivered directly to your email inbox.
What You Receive
After successful payment, you will receive an email containing:
- Your unique eSIM QR code
- Step-by-step installation instructions for your device
- Plan details (data amount, validity period, coverage)
- Customer support contact information
Delivery Time
Delivery is usually instant. In most cases, your eSIM will arrive in your inbox within 60 seconds of completing your purchase. However, delivery may take up to several minutes depending on system processing.
Delayed Delivery
If you have not received your eSIM within 15 minutes:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify the email address used during checkout
- Search for emails from EsimBli or noreply@esimbli.com
- Contact us at support@esimbli.com with your order number
Email Requirements
Please ensure you provide a valid email address that can receive attachments. Some corporate email servers may block automated emails. If you have delivery issues, consider using a personal email address (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.).
When to Install
You can install your eSIM immediately after receiving it, or save it for later. We recommend installing your eSIM before traveling to ensure everything is working properly. The validity period typically starts when you first connect to a network in your destination country, not when you install the eSIM.
Re-sending Your eSIM
If you accidentally delete your eSIM email, contact our support team at support@esimbli.com with your order number, and we will resend it to your registered email address.
